The South Australian Government Gazette is a weekly record of all legislation passed, notices of state and local government, court notices and many other notices required to be published under law,
published each Thursday afternoon.^*

State Government Fees and Charges as set by State Government statute and are due to be published in a
Supplementary Gazette on 14 May 2026 for the coming financial year.

These fees and charges are included as part of the Department of Treasury and Finance's annual indexation
process, with changes coming into effect from 1 July 2026.
