The State Coordinator General has approved a Stimulus Program under the Development Regulations 2008, including various projects to replace ageing South Australian Housing Trust dwellings.

The Outback Communities Authority has declared a community contribution of $240 per property unit for the rateable land in the township of Iron Knob, for the purposes of raising revenue for the provision of services and support to the community.

For the financial year ending 30 June 2017, the dog fence rate shall be 124 cents per km² and the minimum amount payable is $103 for all separate holdings of more than 10 km² of land situated inside the dog fence.
